Ingredients:
- 150 g tofu
- 30 g moong sprouted (boiled)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 10 ml oil
- Coriander for garnishing
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Keep tofu in hot water for some time.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add turmeric powder then boiled sprouts to it.
- Add other spices and chilli powder to the sprouts.
- Add grated tofu to it.
- Add cumin powder, salt and lemon juice as per taste.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
