conditions. Diabetes Health Magazine reserves the right to add, delete, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notifying.
We may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on
being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the term “User” shall
mean and include any natural or legal person who has agreed to these Terms of Use on behalf of
itself or any other legal entity.
Print Subscriptions
On payment confirmation, User will receive an email (please do check spam/junk/bulk
folder in your mailbox) from Diabetes Health which will contain your subscription details.
Subscription copies will be delivered by post/courier as soon as the issue is released in the
marketplace, however, Diabetes Health will not be responsible for postal or courier delays.
In case of change of delivery address, the new address must be sent to us at least four to
six weeks prior to issue cover date in order to avoid missed issues.
All orders are subject to approval. By ordering, User agrees not to resell any subscriptions purchased from this site.
Digital Subscriptions
On payment success, User will receive an email from Diabetes Health which will contain
your subscription details like Start and End Date of your subscription, username and
password, etc.
The latest issue of the digital magazine will be uploaded post the magazine launch date
which varies for every issue
Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Diabetes Health
Magazine. All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees.
Kindly allow 10-12 days for processing of your orders from the date of receipt and payment
credited in our account.
Request for cancellations of orders once placed shall not be considered. However you can ask
for refund in case of non-receipt of the magazine (hardcopy).
In case of cheques not being honored due to non-availability of funds, user/subscriber will have
to pay penalty of Rs 150
It is not binding on Diabetes Health magazine to provide Subscription copies second time in case
subscriber does not receive by Post/Air Mail, as we do not have direct control over the same.
However an email to the Subscriber with PDF format of the magazine will be sent to ensure
continuity.
Diabetes Health Magazine has the right in its sole discretion to reject registration and/or remove
the User from using the services of Diabetes Health website without prior intimation if the User
details are found not to be true wholly or partly.
The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user, Diabetes Health Magazine will not be
liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud.
