I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes. I have started following Diabetes Health magazine since a few months ago. I have found the articles to be very interesting, lucid and elaborate. The content is researched, well- written and by reputed Diabetes specialists.
Every issue focuses on different complications related to Diabetes and how best to care for them. The recipes included in every issue are compiled from reliable sources and backed by dieticians with caloric distribution given for each recipe.
