Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons besan (Bengal gram flour)
- 2 tablespoons bajra flour
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoon oil for cooking
- Salt to taste
Method
- Collect all the ingredients and mix it in a bowl with water. Add sufficient water to make it thick batter.
- Heat and grease the non-stick
- Spread a layer of the batter to form a medium size pancake.
- Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
