Thalipeeth

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes Makes 3 thalipeeths

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons besan (Bengal gram flour)
  • 2 tablespoons bajra flour
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoon oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Collect all the ingredients and mix it in a bowl with water. Add sufficient water to make it thick batter.
  • Heat and grease the non-stick
  • Spread a layer of the batter to form a medium size pancake.
  • Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or
