Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong dal, yellow
- 1/3 cup Urad Dal
- ¼ cup peas
- ¼ cup carrots (chopped)
- Few coriander sprig(chopped)
- Salt to taste
Method
- Soak both dals separately for 2 hours
- Grind them separately (in idli grinder or mixer), mix them and add salt.
- Allow it to ferment for good 6-8 hours
