Ingredients
- 1 cup green gram dal (soaked)
- 2 teaspoon wheat bran
- ¼ cup sprouts
- ¼ cup Carrot, grated
- ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup skimmed curd
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- ½ green chilly
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Soak the dal in warm water for
30 minutes. Drain before using.
- In a blender, combine the dal and green chilli and grind using enough water to make a thick batter.
- Add wheat bran, onions, carrots, sprouts, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, curd and salt to it.
