• 1 cup grated low-fat paneer
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
• ¼ teaspoon almond powder
1. Heat the milk in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes or till it starts boiling, while stirring occasionally.2. Keep aside to cool completely.3. Once cooled, add the sugar substitute and cardamom and almond powder and mix well.4. Add the low-fat paneer and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
