Spinach and moong make a perfect combination for a wholesome and delicious dish. This preparation can be enjoyed occasionally as a snack or as a meal.

Ingredients
. 1 cup whole moong
. 2 cups spinach leaves (palak)
. 3-4 green chillies
. 1 inch ginger piece
. 3-4 cloves garlic
. ½ cup coriander
. ½ tsp salt
. 1 cup soy yogurt
Method
1. Soak the whole moong overnight.
2. Drain and mix palak leaves, coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic and salt in it.
3. Grind it into a fine paste.
4. Heat a non-stick pan.
5. Pour the batter and spread like a dosa.
6. Cook it till light golden.
7. Serve hot with soy yogurt.
