Grind Kodo millets in a smooth paste and add oats powder to it.3) Add grated carrot, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped beans and cabbage in a batter.4) Add carom seeds, cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste in a batter.5) Mix all ingredients well and rest it for 30 minutes.6) Heat a pan and apply ghee to it.7) Spread batter on a pan.
