Serves 5Ingredients:100 gm finely chopped apple150 gm cottage cheese40 gm splenda½ teaspoon cinnamon powder7-8 kesar strands (soaked in 1 tsp milk)Method:Chop apple to pieces and add cinnamon powder. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of splenda over it. Divide this mixture into 10 equal portions.Mash cottage cheese and add left over splenda together to make a smooth dough. Add kesar strands to it. Mix well.Divide the cottage cheese dough into 10 portions.Now take each portion of cottage cheese and flatten in between palms. Take a portion of apple cinnamon mixture, place it between the cottage cheese mixture, seal and flatten to give desired oval, rectangular or round sandesh.Similarly, make the other sandesh pieces.
