Monsoon Herbal Tea

This tea improves immunity, cures digestive problems and helps manage blood glucose levels.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • Ajwain ¼ teaspoon

  • Date 1

  • Nutmeg 1 pinch

  • Fennel seeds ¼ teaspoon

  • Black paper 1 pinch

  • 1 cup water

Method:

  1. In a pan add 1 cup water

  2. Grind all the dry ingredients, add them to the water, and bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer the tea for at least 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Cover the pan with a lid and infuse it for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
