Garlic mix vegetable soup helps in lowering blood pressure and lowering cholesterol level. It improves immunity by helping fight common cold and flu during the monsoon season.

Ingredients:

Garlic- grated 2 tsp.

Onion -½ portion (50g)

Carrot- 1 small

Chopped red pumpkin ¼ cup

Peas -¼ cup

French beans -¼ cup

Ghee – 3 g

Coriander-1 tablespoon
Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.

Sauté on a medium flame for at least 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped vegetables then add 3 cups of water to boil the vegetables.

Add salt, black pepper mix well and cook on the medium flame.

Stir the soup occasionally. Add the coriander to garnish and serve hot.
