Summer and mangoes go together. So whenever the Indian summers arrive, mango kulfi also starts beckoning and makes a delightful dessert to beat the heat.

Makes: 20 portions
Ingredients:

1-litre low-fat milk

250 ml single cream

100 g milk powder
-
6 mangoes
-
40 g sugar-free powder
Method:

Cut mangoes and make a puree in a mixer blender.

Boil the milk on a slow flame simmering it till it is reduced to half. Cool it a bit and add the rest of the ingredients.

Once it is at room temperature, place it in individual moulds and let it set it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Serve chilled.
