Sugar-Free Mango Kulfi

Summer and mangoes go together. So whenever the Indian summers arrive, mango kulfi also starts beckoning and makes a delightful dessert to beat the heat.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Makes: 20 portions

Ingredients:

  • 1-litre low-fat milk

  • 250 ml single cream

  • 100 g milk powder

  • 6 mangoes

  • 40 g sugar-free powder

Method:

  1. Cut mangoes and make a puree in a mixer blender.

  2. Boil the milk on a slow flame simmering it till it is reduced to half. Cool it a bit and add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Once it is at room temperature, place it in individual moulds and let it set it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

  4. Serve chilled.
