This searing summer, enjoy this delicious seasonal drink to overcome dehydration. It is recommended to drink not more than a glass a day as this contains a high amount of sugar.

Ingredients:
6 medium raw mangoes
250 g sugar
Cumin powder (jeera)
Cardamom powder (elaichi)
Cinnamon powder (dalchini)
Rock salt as per taste
Method:
Wash and boil 6 medium raw mangoes in water.
Separate the pulp from the seed.
Add sugar.
When the mixture cools, add cumin powder (jeera), cardamom powder (elaichi) and cinnamon powder (dalchini) to the pulp.
Take 2 table spoons of the mixture in a glass and add some rock salt to your drink.
Strain and serve chilled.
This mixture can last in the fridge for 2 weeks.
