Mango iced tea is a refreshing drink to cool you off on a hot summer's day. Instead of expensive pre- packaged iced teas, you can make mango iced tea at home using fresh mango puree.Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes Makes: 6 servingsIngredients:2 ripe mangoes4 cup of water2 teaspoon black tea1 tablespoon lemon juice or according to taste1 tablespoon honeyIce cubesMint leaves for garnishingMethod:Peel and chop the mangoes. Puree them in a blender and refrigerate.Boil water. Turn off flame. Add the black tea and stir.Cover and keep it aside for 10 min. Strain the tea and keep the tea in the fridge.Once the tea is cooled, combine tea, mango puree, lemon juice and honey.Blend them till smooth.Add ice cubes till a quarter of a glass.
