Khajur pak

Ingredients

. 200 gm khajur (dates)

. 50 gm chopped almonds

. 100 gm chopped pistas

. 10 gm powdered cardamom seeds

. 5 gm powdered cashew nut and pista

. 1 teaspoon ghee

Method

1.    Sauté the cut khajur pieces in 1 teaspoon of ghee till it melts.

2.    Remove from heat and then add the chopped almonds, pistas and cardamom seeds.

3.    Roll it into a roll and cover it with the powdered cashew nut and pista.

4.    Refrigerate the roll for some time.

5.    Remove it and cut into small pieces.
