  • ½ cup sprouted mung beans

  • 1 small tomato, diced e 1 small red onion diced e ¼ cup fresh sweet corn

  • ¼ cucumber, peeled and diced

  • ¼ cup carrots, grated

  • ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • ¼ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

  • Salt to taste

  • ¼ teaspoon chat masala (optional)

  • 10-15 coriander leaves, finely chopped


  1. In a medium bowl add sprouted mung beans, tomatoes, red onion, corn, cucumber, and carrots.

  2. Add red chili powder, salt, and chat masala.

  3. Pour the lime juice and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
