Ingredients
2 medium size tomatoes, cut in rounds
10 - 15 basil/ tulsi leaves
10 g mozzarella cheese
For the vinaigrette
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
Salt to taste
A pinch of ground pepper powder
Method
Arrange the chopped tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves on a serving plate or bowl.
Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over salad.
If require sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.
