DIY Immunity tea mix

A perfect drink to boost your immunity during this monsoon is here. During this season when the chance of cough, cold and other infections are high, this DIY mix will help you to improve your immunity. The ingredients used in this mix also helps to lose weight and aids digestion. You can enjoy this in water or milk as per your preference as an early morning immunity shot or as bedtime drink.

Preparation time: 10 minutes


• 6 tablespoons turmeric powder

• 1 ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder

• 1 ½ tablespoon dry ginger powder


• Use measuring spoon to measure all the ingredients. Mix all ingredients and transfer into container for storage.

• This mix can be stored in an air-tight container for longer period of time.

How to use? Method-1 :

• Boil 1 cup water. Take 1/3 tsp of immunity tea mix into an empty cup, add hot water into it, mix well and let it seep for 10 minutes.

How to use? Method- 2 :

• Warm 1 cup low fat milk or almond milk. Add 1/3 tsp of immunity tea mix, mix well and enjoy.
