Ingredients:.150 g tofu30 g moong sprouted (boiled)¼ tsp turmeric½ tsp cumin powder1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp garam masala1 tsp lemon juice10 ml oilCoriander for garnishingSalt as per taste.Method:.Keep tofu in hot water for some time.Heat oil in a pan.Add turmeric powder then boiled sprouts to it.Add other spices and chilli powder to the sprouts.Add grated tofu to it.Add cumin powder, salt and lemon juice as per taste.Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
