Protein Rich Idli

Preparation time: 12 hours Cooking time: 20 minutes Makes 12 idlis

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong dal, yellow
  • 1/3 cup Urad Dal
  • ¼ cup peas
  • ¼ cup carrots (chopped)
  • Few coriander sprig(chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Soak both dals separately for 2 hours
  • Grind them separately (in idli grinder or mixer), mix them and add salt.
  • Allow it to ferment for good 6-8 hours
  • Add peas, carrots and
