International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21st annually as a global celebration of well-being. This worldwide movement recognises the ancient Indian art of yoga and its significant effects on our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, cutting across cultural and geographic barriers. Millions of people come together for yoga classes, workshops, and talks in peaceful mountain retreats and busy city squares throughout the world, all driven by the desire for holistic health and peaceful thoughts. Notably, the 2025 International Yoga Day will be the 11th anniversary of the event.
