Peach Yogurt Pudding

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 medium sized peach, halved,

deseeded, cut in small pieces

2.5 cm cinnamon stick

200g hung natural low-fat yogurt

1. Place the peach and cinnamon in a non

stick pan and let it cook over a low heat

for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

2.      Remove the cinnamon pieces and mix with the yogurt. Blend together in a mixer. Chill in the fridge and serve chilled.
