Ingredients

1 cup foxtail millet

½ cup chopped carrot

¼ cup green peas

½ cup chopped onion

½ cup beans

½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste

½ teaspoon garam masala

2 teaspoons oil

Salt to taste
Method:
1) Wash foxtail millets with water and soak it for 30 minutes
2) Soft cook it in a pressure cooker till 4-5 whistle.
3) Add oil to a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped vegetables.
4) Add salt and some water to cook the vegetables.
5) Cook vegetables for 5-7 minutes. Mix cooked millets in it.
6) Add garam masala and serve hot with curd or buttermilk.
