Ingredients:

½ cup barnyard millet

½ cup finely chopped cucumber

¼ cup curd
-
½ teaspoon cumin seeds

3 green chilies
-
Salt to taste

1 teaspoon ghee
-
1 tablespoon roasted groundnuts
Method:
1) Wash barnyard millet and soaked it for 30 minutes
2) Heat pan and add ghee to it.
3) Add cumin seeds, green chilies, and groundnuts to it. Roast it for 1 minute and add barnyard millet to it.
4) Add 1 cup water, salt, and curd.
5) When it cooks completely, add finely chopped cucumber.
6) Cover for 5 minutes and serve hot.
