Ingredients:

100 gm finely chopped apple

150 gm cottage cheese

40 gm splenda
-
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

7-8 kesar strands (soaked in 1 tsp milk)
Method:

Chop apple to pieces and add cinnamon powder. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of splenda over it. Divide this mixture into 10 equal portions.

Mash cottage cheese and add left over splenda together to make a smooth dough. Add kesar strands to it. Mix well.

Divide the cottage cheese dough into 10 portions.

Now take each portion of cottage cheese and flatten in between palms. Take a portion of apple cinnamon mixture, place it between the cottage cheese mixture, seal and flatten to give desired oval, rectangular or round sandesh.

Similarly, make the other sandesh pieces. Refrigerate and serve!!
