Low fat milk 1 cup (coconut milk/ almond milk/ rice milk/ soymilk)

Turmeric ½ teaspoon

Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon

Ghee or coconut oil ¼ teaspoon

Grated ginger ½ teaspoon
Method:

Into a pan, add 1 cup milk. Heat the milk.

Once the milk starts to boil, add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

Add in black pepper powder, cinnamon stick, grated ginger and ghee

Boil and stir for 5 minutes on low to medium flame. Serve hot.
