Ingredients
• 2 tablespoon ghee
• 1 ½ cup carrots, grated
• 1 cup makhana, roasted and
• 150 ml skimmed milk
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
• 1 teaspoon melon seeds
• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
• 1 tablespoon date syrup / chopped dates
• 8-10 almonds
• ½ teaspoon ground green cardamom
• 1 sachet stevia
• Heat ghee in kadai. Add grated carrots and cook for 10 minutes. Add crushed makhana and mix well.
• Add skimmed milk and date syrup and cook till the milk evaporates. Keep stirring in- between.

Method
• 150 ml skimmed milk

• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds•
Heat ghee in kadai.

• Add skimmed milk and date syrup and cook till the milk evaporates. Keep stirring in- between.
• Dry roast all the seeds and add to the halwa along with cardamom and almonds. Cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add stevia and mix everything well.
