Tofu Sprout Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 150 g tofu
  • 30 g moong sprouted (boiled)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 ml oil
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Keep tofu in hot water for some time.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add turmeric powder then boiled sprouts to it.
  4. Add other spices and chilli powder to the sprouts.
  5. Add grated tofu to it.
  6. Add cumin powder, salt and lemon juice as per taste.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
