Breakfast is Beneficial

The benefits of eating breakfast show that it is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is known to help lose weight as it prevents weight gain A study, published in The Journal of Nutrition, looked at people over the age of 30 and showed that those who ate breakfast saw a reduction in their body mass index (BMI, body mass (weight) divided by the square of the body height used to estimate healthy weight) as compared with people who skipped breakfast, who were observed to gain weight. Breakfast is also known to curb food cravings – a major reason for weight gain.
