Almond Sheera

Ingredients:

  • 30 g almond powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 g ghee
  • 2 drops stevia (sugar substitute)

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan.
  2. Add almond powder and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Slowly add milk to the powder. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Add two drops of stevia and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
